Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Accounts Receivable Project Analyst will serve as the primary financial contact for assigned projects, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing while collaborating with Operations and Budget teams.
Key responsibilities
- Review contracts and work orders to identify financial terms for accurate invoicing
- Utilize data analysis to optimize performance and address potential budget issues
- Prepare monthly revenue files and coordinate with Cash Application and Collections Specialists
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience
- Moderate Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
- Experience with RealTime (RealTime Link) is a plus
- Demonstrates strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
