A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative II.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on denied insurance claims through phone communication and appeals
• Utilize multiple practice management systems to check claim statuses and document interactions
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to enhance client collections and maintain positive team morale

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in medical billing or accounts receivable
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience using Epic or NextGen software is highly preferred
• Knowledge of medical coding and billing terms and concepts
• Experience with various Electronic Medical Record programs
