• Proficient in the responsibilities of an Accounts Receivable Representative 1
• Experience with healthcare liens, settlement requests, and fraud cases
• Knowledge of the Carle Financial Assistance Program and related discount programs
• Ability to identify payer and system issues for process improvements
• Participation in meetings with payer representatives for reimbursement optimization
