Accounts Receivable Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect revenue for surgical services from insurance companies and third-party payers
• Follow up on accounts receivable to ensure accurate reporting and timely payments
• Handle credit balance management, patient balance resolution, and non-patient resolution

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in medical insurance collections, billing, or accounts receivable
• 1+ years of healthcare Appeals and Denials experience
• Knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Word
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
