Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cross Coverage Representative, Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Review unadjudicated claims and denials for various carriers
• Process appeals and write-offs and forward documentation for disputed claims
• Report errors affecting claims processing and assist with unusual circumstances

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of medical billing experience
• Knowledge of physician billing policies and procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer literate and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
