Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative II - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact insurance companies for status on outstanding claims and process appeals
• Maintain and resolve outstanding Accounts Receivable from assigned work queues
• Ensure accuracy and meet productivity standards as set by the department

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of professional/healthcare experience preferred
• 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable experience preferred
• Basic math skills and understanding of medical terminology
• Advanced knowledge of insurance processing and guidelines
