Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative II - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact insurance companies for status on outstanding claims and process appeals
• Maintain and audit accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and productivity standards are met
• Engage with patients regarding payment arrangements for outstanding balances

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration preferred
• 1-3 years of professional experience in healthcare and accounts receivable preferred
• Basic math skills and understanding of medical terminology
• Advanced knowledge of insurance processing, Medicare, Medicaid guidelines, and relevant coding
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Teams
