Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and investigate claims processing, ensuring proper payment and resolution of insurance claims
• Maintain service level agreements for accounts receivable tasks, ensuring timely resolution of claims
• Design and implement process improvements to prevent denials and reduce processing errors

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of employment in a primary healthcare or outpatient care setting
• Minimum 2+ years experience in insurance accounts receivables
• Experience with Medicare/Medicare Advantage
• Ability to maintain service level agreements and prioritize responsibilities
