Accounts Receivable Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative- Sub-Acute to manage billing and collections in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle timely and accurate billing and collections from insurance carriers and private payers
• Focus on Medicare and Medi-Cal billing and collections for sub-acute/IP SNF services
• Ensure compliance with insurance contracts and relevant regulations

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of recent experience in a healthcare environment with an emphasis on reimbursement and collections
• Experience with insurance contracts and/or Medicare/Medicaid regulations
• College level courses in medical front office/medical billing preferred
• Epic experience is a plus
