Accounts Receivable Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and investigate claims processing, ensuring proper payment and resolution of insurance claims
• Maintain service level agreements for accounts receivable tasks and ensure timely resolution of claims
• Design and implement process improvements to prevent denials and reduce internal processing errors

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance accounts receivables or cash posting experience
• 2+ years of Medicare and Medicare Advantage experience
• 2+ years of primary healthcare or outpatient setting experience
• 2+ years of complex healthcare customer service experience
• Experience reading EOBs
