Accounts Receivable Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Accounts Receivable Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate payments by primary and secondary payers and/or self-pay patients
• Conduct thorough and timely follow-up on patient accounts for accurate accounts receivable reporting
• Manage cash collection metrics and resolve reimbursement issues with insurance companies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with denials and appeals
• Familiarity with Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and medical policies from payers
• Previous healthcare experience
