Accounts Receivable Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative - Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts daily to identify aged receivables and contact customers for payment
• Keep detailed records and reporting on collection activity including updating systems and trackers
• Receive in-bound AR related calls and resolve billing issues

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience
• Experience with outbound calls or collections is valuable
• Tech savvy with the ability to operate in a variety of systems
• Must be 18 years or older
