Accounts Receivable Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative II - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact insurance companies for status on outstanding claims and process appeals
• Maintain and resolve outstanding accounts receivable from assigned work queues
• Audit adjustment requests and ensure compliance with productivity and accuracy standards

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of professional or healthcare experience preferred
• 1-3 years of accounts receivable experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processing guidelines
• Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and ASA codes
