Accounts Receivable Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Accounts Receivable Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely payments from primary and secondary payers and self-pay patients
• Conduct thorough follow-up on patient accounts to maintain accurate accounts receivable reporting
• Manage cash collection metrics and resolve reimbursement issues with insurance companies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience with healthcare denials and appeals
• Familiarity with Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and medical policies from payers
• Healthcare experience is required
