Accounts Receivable Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Representative III.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage extensive communication with customers regarding past-due invoices and resolve AR-related concerns
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational accuracy and provide clients with necessary documentation
• Independently manage accounts receivable, lead calls for aged receivables, and provide training to junior representatives

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Finance (corporate/B2B preferred)
• Above average 10-key speed and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Flexible team player available to work overtime when required
