Accounts Receivable Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Representative I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage extensive communication with customers regarding past-due invoices
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve AR-related concerns and maintain aging within department guidelines
• Provide clients with invoice copies and payment confirmations upon request

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Finance; corporate/B2B experience is a plus
• Above average 10-key speed and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Flexible team player available to work overtime when required
