Accounts Receivable Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative III - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact insurance companies for status on outstanding claims and process appeals
• Maintain and audit accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Identify trends and communicate findings to leadership while meeting productivity standards

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration preferred
• 1-3 years of professional experience in healthcare and accounts receivable preferred
• Basic math skills and understanding of medical terminology
• Advanced knowledge of insurance processing, guidelines, and EOBs
• Proficiency in computer applications including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
