Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Accounts Receivable Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate payments from primary and secondary payers and self-pay patients
• Conduct thorough and timely patient account follow-up for accurate accounts receivable reporting
• Manage cash collection metrics and resolve reimbursement issues with insurance companies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Healthcare denials and appeals experience is required
• Familiarity with EOB and reading medical policies from payers
