Accounts Receivable Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative III - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact insurance companies for status on outstanding claims and process appeals
• Work on outstanding accounts receivable from assigned work queues and maintain productivity standards
• Identify trends and communicate findings to leadership while maintaining confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration preferred
• 1-3 years of professional or healthcare experience preferred
• 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of insurance processing, guidelines, and medical terminology
• Data entry skills with high accuracy and knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and ASA codes
