Accounts Receivable Senior Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing SaaS company, the remote Accounts Receivable Senior Analyst will manage the dunning and collections lifecycle, recover aged cash, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve disputes, all while ensuring strong customer relationships and maintaining accurate financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end dunning and collections process for assigned customer accounts
• Investigate and resolve issues related to stuck cash, ensuring accurate account reconciliation
• Collaborate with internal teams to quickly resolve billing disputes and payment roadblocks

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or finance operations
• Proficiency with NetSuite and advanced Excel skills, including data analysis
• Strong understanding of the order-to-cash cycle and cash recovery strategies
• Excellent customer communication skills with a focus on maintaining relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
