Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist responsible for verifying and posting payments received from customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely application of customer payments to accounts
• Process and record all payment types, including ACH, wires, and lockbox activity
• Reconcile payment discrepancies and support the Team Leader in maintaining efficient processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 2-4 years of experience in a comparable role
• Intermediate knowledge of PC-based applications, particularly Google Sheets
• Proactive in improving processes and seeking professional development opportunities
• Must successfully pass a background investigation
• Enthusiasm for automation and emerging technologies in business processes
