Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Creates and submits invoices to customers according to company practices
• Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable
• Contacts delinquent account holders to request payment and generates invoice reminders

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with accounts receivable function preferred
• Experience with Avalara tax software or similar systems
• ERP experience, with NetSuite preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent computer skills in a Google Workspace environment
