Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate payment posting within applicable EMRs
• Review and reconciliation of payments for accuracy and research outstanding balances
• Coordinate with co-workers and insurance representatives to resolve payment discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or general education degree
• 3+ years of experience in medical revenue cycle management, accounts receivable, or payment posting
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance billing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong customer service and collaboration skills
