Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable & Case Management Specialist to ensure accurate and timely processing of claims concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of Salesforce cases related to RCM inquiries, ensuring documentation and resolution within SLAs
• Monitor Salesforce dashboards for trends in practice inquiries and report on case resolution efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and resolve escalated billing issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate
• 3+ years in a medical billing office or equivalent claims experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
• Experience with athenaHealth/athenaOne and Salesforce Case Management highly preferred
• Strong understanding of credentialing and enrollment as it relates to claims processing required
