Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to provide Accounts Receivable and Collections services to customers in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for billing and collection inquiries from internal and external partners
• Perform moderate to complex Accounts Receivable activities, including billing, cash application, and account reconciliation
• Analyze customer requirements and provide recommendations to support complex billing and receivables strategies

Required Qualifications

• Two to four years of Accounts Receivable or Banking experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• One year of experience in an ERP-based Accounts Receivable environment preferred
• Active Accounts Receivable Specialist Certification preferred
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and familiarity with SAP preferred
