Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Accounts Associate - Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of patient accounts to resolve and collect outstanding balances
• Process account adjustments and submit documentation for appeals and payer requests
• Ensure timely and accurate claims submission and handle patient account inquiries

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of accounts receivable follow-up experience in a healthcare setting
• Preferred background in healthcare administration, insurance verification, or patient registration
• Proficiency with computer applications and data entry
• Experience with revenue cycle management is a plus
