Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice recurring contract services and time and materials labor accurately and on time
• Contact customers to collect overdue payments and maintain accurate records of collection activities
• Analyze customer accounts to identify overdue balances and prepare invoices and account statements

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of experience in a role such as Billing Analyst or Accounts Receivable
• A four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience is required
• Familiarity with Managed, Cloud, and Professional Services concepts, particularly recurring revenue
• Experience with IT Service Management platforms, such as NetSuite and Salesforce, is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
