Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Dermatology.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize revenue collection through coding, claims submission, denials management, and payment reconciliation
• Manage relationships with payers and providers to enhance reimbursement rates and reduce denials
• Participate in the development of billing strategies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical billing and collections, preferably in dermatology
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience; associate degree highly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of remote working experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills
• Experience with healthcare management and patient accounts
