A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage global collections and enhance revenue processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable collections and reporting for enterprise customers
• Coordinate with collections agencies and handle chargebacks and disputes
• Maintain data integrity in internal systems and support bad debt reviews

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or revenue operations, preferably in tech or SaaS
• Experience with tools such as Stripe and SFDC
• Familiarity with enterprise procurement platforms like Coupa, Ariba, and Apex
• Strong analytical skills focused on data accuracy and account health
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
