Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve unapplied cash, reconciling payments across ERP systems
• Communicate with customers to request remittance details and clarify payment activity
• Maintain accurate records, support audits, and manage shared AR mailbox

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Workday and Salesforce CPQ preferred) and advanced Excel skills
• Strong understanding of B2B billing, cash application, and the order-to-cash cycle
• Experience in SaaS or tech-driven environments is a plus; GAAP knowledge required
