Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist 1 to provide Accounts Receivable services and respond to customer inquiries in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Accounts Receivable activities such as billing, cash application, and reconciliation
• Act as the primary point of contact for complex inquiries from customers and business partners
• Prepare timely and accurate billing and reconciliation reports while supporting collection activities for past due accounts

Required Qualifications

• One to two years of Accounts Receivable or Banking experience
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, familiarity with SAP preferred
• Strong math and analytical skills for accurate computations
• Ability to work within multiple systems to support customer inquiries
• Clean credit history as reported by the credit report
