Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounts receivable functions, ensuring accuracy in student revenue channels
• Process and monitor incoming payments, resolve discrepancies, and assist with collections
• Reconcile revenue and accounts on a monthly basis and create processes for assigned revenue channels

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree or 3 years of training in accounting and billing
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Applications
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience managing multiple demands effectively
