Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee invoice management by preparing and issuing accurate invoices for brokerage transactions
• Track payments and collections, monitoring incoming payments and maintaining aging reports
• Assist in monthly revenue recognition, accruals, and reconciliation processes

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in commercial real estate or a professional services firm
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and financial reporting
• Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks
• Proficient in financial systems and Microsoft Excel
• Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
