Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an A/R Specialist (Remote Role).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable portfolio, including customer outreach, reconciliations, and monthly reporting
• Create and manage the dispute resolution process, tracking customer chargeback disputes and ensuring proper documentation
• Prepare customer statements, initiate collections, and analyze AR Aging reports to identify past-due receivables

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience within the consumer products industry
• Experience with major ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
• Proficiency in Google Suite of products
• General knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls
