Key Responsibilities

Onboard new clients in billing systems and prepare/send invoices
Manage collections, including payment follow-ups and aging reviews
Audit invoices for accuracy and perform cash reconciliation

Required Qualifications

Proficient in QuickBooks Online
2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable
Experience with HubSpot Commerce Hub or similar platforms
Understanding of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping principles
Experience working in service-based industries
