Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Onboard new clients in billing systems and prepare/send invoices
Manage collections, including payment follow-ups and applying late fees
Perform cash reconciliation and maintain synchronization between accounting systems

Required Qualifications

Proficient in QuickBooks Online
2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable
Experience with HubSpot Commerce Hub or similar platforms
Understanding of basic finance, accounting, and bookkeeping principles
Experience in service-based industries
