Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist (Remote, Pacific Time Zone).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer service requests via email and phone
• Research accounts with past due balances and initiate collections efforts
• Document and log customer interactions using internal CRM software

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years collections experience
• Minimum of 2 years accounts receivable experience
• Proficient with MS Office 365 suite
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience may be considered
• Ability to work 8:00am to 4:00pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday
