Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist responsible for processing payment transactions and ensuring timely collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Process transactions, perform payment research, and reconcile payment entries
• Resolve payment discrepancies and ensure accurate postings to repair orders
• Collaborate with shops to identify and resolve payment collection issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
• 3-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Ability to maintain a high-volume workload efficiently and timely
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
