Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Specialist, US Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily bank lockbox activity and ensure accurate loading of franchisee sales into Krise
• Prepare daily bank deposits, reconcile banking activity, and process returned payments
• Research and resolve unapplied cash and respond to brand and franchisee inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field and/or 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong systems proficiency, including JD Edwards and Microsoft Excel
• Resides in or around the Louisville, KY area
• Experience in a large private or publicly traded company (preferred)
• Experience in the QSR or retail environment (preferred)
