Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Denials Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and resolve denied insurance claims by contacting insurance carriers and ensuring accurate billing practices
• Compile documentation for insurance appeals and collaborate with other departments to address payment issues
• Maintain communication with insurance companies and patients to ensure timely payment and stay updated on insurance regulations

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with insurance claim denials, including Medicaid/Medicaid MCOs
• Reliable internet connection and private workspace
• Experience with Candid is preferred
• Ability to generate reports on denial trends and relevant metrics
• Experience in cash reconciliation and payment posting
