Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable & Invoicing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately create and issue client invoices in QuickBooks Online based on agreements and quotes
• Monitor invoice status and apply client payments, ensuring organized A/R records
• Coordinate with Revenue Operations and Accounting to align invoicing and payment activities

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, or billing roles
• Strong experience using QuickBooks Online for invoicing and payment application
• Basic understanding of A/R aging, DSO, and cash collection concepts
• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
• Proven ability to create accurate invoices in QBO without supervision
