Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Portfolio Specialist III.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and collect outstanding accounts receivable balances while resolving disputes and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Analyze customer accounts to identify payment trends and negotiate payment plans within approved authority levels
• Utilize various tools to assist with day-to-day AR functions and maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of customer service experience
• BA in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
• Strong planning, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
• Comprehensive working knowledge of Windows PC hardware and software
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, ERP, and CRM tools
