Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• A/R reconciliation and payment application
• Ensure accurate data entry of Accounts Receivable invoices into client portals
• Serve as the primary point of contact for billing-related inquiries from clients and internal teams

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient in NetSuite, particularly in billing and accounts receivable modules
• Knowledge of billing cycles and revenue recognition principles
• Experience in a remote work environment
• Bilingual is a plus
• Preferred CST/EST time zone
