Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve outstanding balances by following up on claim status and working denials
• Contact insurance companies to resolve issues that prevent claims from being processed correctly
• Utilize RPA tools and AI-assisted workflows to automate routine claim follow-up tasks

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of medical billing experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including vlookups and pivot tables
• Basic understanding of insurance policies, Medicare, and Medicaid billing requirements
• Demonstrated ability to meet productivity metrics
