A company is looking for an RCM Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable workflow including billing, payment posting, and claim follow-up
• Conduct detailed reviews of denied claims and prepare persuasive appeal letters
• Communicate with insurance carriers to resolve outstanding issues and maintain professional relationships

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of medical billing, claims, or accounts receivable experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Basic understanding of insurance plans and medical terminology
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines
