Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Specialist Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounts receivable functions and ensure accuracy of student revenue channels
• Resolve billing issues, monitor incoming payments, and process student cases
• Lead collections efforts on delinquent accounts and support the AR Manager in reducing outstanding receivables

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable
• Understanding of GAAP and basic accounting functions
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus
• Able to work independently and in a team-based environment
