Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their Finance Team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate bi-weekly and monthly customer invoices and perform invoice adjustments
• Review and audit timecards for accuracy in invoicing and create billing templates
• Perform collection efforts, generate monthly statements, and reconcile customer accounts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications
• At least 1 year of related experience in Finance is a plus
• Knowledge of ERP Systems and general accounting activities is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
