Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Specialist - RCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve outstanding insurance and patient balances for timely reimbursement
• Analyze denials and underpayments to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
• Maintain thorough documentation of account activity and adhere to compliance guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2-4 years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management
• Experience with denials, appeals, and payer escalations
• Strong knowledge of insurance billing processes and reimbursement methodologies
• Working knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding principles
