Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Process receivables, post payments, and monitor declined credit card transactions
• Conduct day-to-day invoice processing and quality checks to meet AR processing guidelines
• Resolve misapplied payments and prepare detailed Accounts Receivable reconciliations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 1 - 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Loan Structure preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, or equivalent experience
• Analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment
