Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative III (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and manages follow-up on unpaid claims and reimbursement appeals
• Identifies and processes billing errors and corrections while collaborating with internal and external resources
• Maintains accurate account documentation and performs audits as needed

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent certification required
• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college preferred
• 3 to 5 years of health care claims reimbursement and denial resolution experience
• Knowledge of Major Commercial and Medicare/Medicaid payer guidelines
• Strong computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
